Inspired Action – Finding the Cosmic Breadcrumbs Left For You

The universe is leaving you clues so you can manifest what you want, realize your vision, and just make the process EASY for you! Here’s how to follow the path…
There are few manifested dreams that magically land right in front of you when you open your eyes from your meditation. Your new guitar, dream cruise, etc., don’t just show up in your living room. But the universe works in mysterious ways, throwing you the breadcrumbs, clues, and synchronicities that will lead you right to your desires!
The key to being able to pick up the signals from the universe is to remain open and act from an inspired place—inspired action. You may have heard the story about how I wanted a car for my kids. I knew what this car basically needed to contain, and most importantly I knew the price – $3,500. I wasn’t going to compromise on that. An hour after I affirmed to the universe that everything always works out for me and that I knew I was going to get a car at the right price, I was present for a conversation that other people were having about a car. And it was the car, and it was $3,500, and it’s in my hands now.
Where does the inspired action come in? Well how it went down for me is this:
I went to a party and I was very compelled to sit in this particular seat by the spinach dip. My beta waves, the brain wave pattern where we’re always thinking what we should do, was telling me I should get up and go mingle, I should get up and go talk to the other women, go help my hostess. But instead I was guided to sit in that seat, and I went with my gut. Had I not been sitting there I would not have overheard that conversation about a car for sale and I would likely still be looking for the $3,500 perfect car today, months later.
Here’s another example. My friend Sarah started a successful networking business. After hearing me speak at an event about the Law of Attraction, she was so energized that she could feel herself vibrate at a high frequency, and she began to notice synchronicities all around her. Not long after my event, Sarah decided to create promotional products for her company. She didn’t know where to go because she never had promotional products made before, so she put out to the universe that she needed help. The next day when she was hurriedly dropping her daughter off at school, she noticed a woman staring at her in a way that she has not been looked at before. Sarah was kind of torn — Her brain told her to get back in the car and go about her day, she had a lot to do! But her gut told her to approach the woman, so she went with her inspired action. As it turns out, the woman recognized her from the networking group that Sarah founded and when Sarah asked her what business she was in, her answer was: “I have a promotional products company.”
Sarah could have just gotten in her car and gone about her day to make her appointments, but she stopped and went with her gut. I could have gone with my “ego” brain to get up from my seat at the party and do what was expected of me, but I chose to stay in my seat because my instinct compelled me to.
So two things happened in both of these cases:

  1. We went with our gut – which is inspired action, and
  2. We were present, and mindful, and open.

This is what allowed Sarah to notice the woman with just what she needed for the next step in her business. That’s what allowed me to overhear that conversation while other people were talking around me and near me.
How many things are we all missing throughout the day that could be bringing us closer to our dreams and goals? How many clues and little successes and little joys might we be missing by being in the grind, staying in the beta wave.
How do we do this in our day-to-day life?
Always take a breath. Practice being mindful; you can be mindful even while you’re being busy. That’s how you’ll pick up the breadcrumbs the Universe is leaving for you. You can still go about your daily tasks; it doesn’t mean you have to sit staring up at the clouds. It just means be open to the possibilities. Approach your tasks with joy and wonder. Wherever you’re going, you will get there. Stop focusing so much on the next hour and the next three hours, and just appreciate where you are right now and you’ll hear your gut talking to you and start to notice the things that will lead you to incredible joys.
